What to include
- Bug reports: your browser and version, what you did, what happened, and a screenshot if you can. Your image itself never reaches us (the tool runs entirely in your browser), so describing the file — format, pixel dimensions — helps a lot.
- Feature requests: what you're trying to print and where the tool falls short. Several current features, including the overlap guides and the image upscaler, started as user emails.
- Printing questions: check the FAQ and guides first — most DPI, paper-size, and assembly questions are answered there — but if you're stuck, ask.
What we can't help with
We can't recover images: nothing you upload is ever stored anywhere, so there is nothing on our side to retrieve. Printer-specific driver issues are best directed at the printer manufacturer — though the FAQ's troubleshooting section covers the common scaling and alignment problems.
